She brings a warm, relational style to her coaching and creates an environment where adolescents and young adults feel comfortable navigating life's challenges at their own pace.
Erin especially enjoys supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate life transitions, identity development, academic or career stress, relationship challenges, and changes within their families. She enjoys helping young people create healthy routines and practical strategies that support emotional wellness, resilience, and personal growth. She is passionate about walking alongside others as they build confidence and move toward lives that feel more balanced, connected, and intentional.
A Florida native, Erin holds a bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida and a master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling. With more than ten years of experience working with adolescents and young adults, she is passionate about encouraging and equipping the next generation as they navigate the unique opportunities and challenges of this stage of life.
